Can I mix devices on the same account?
Yes! You can use any combination of devices across your fleet. Each vehicle can have different tracking hardware based on its specific needs. For example, you might use hardwired trackers in trucks, OBD devices in light vehicles, and portable units for equipment.
How is pricing calculated?

Both Basic and Pro include: Live GPS tracking (60-second updates), geofences and landmarks, engine on/off alerts, maintenance logging, basic reporting, unlimited landmarks and geofences, web browser access, statistical dashboard, and unlimited support and training.
Can I upgrade from Basic to Pro later?
Yes, you can upgrade from Basic to Pro at any time. The transition is seamless, and you’ll immediately gain access to all Pro features including turn-by-turn tracking, driver behavior monitoring, advanced reports, and compliance tools.
Are there any setup fees?
Setup fees vary depending on your fleet size, installation requirements, and chosen devices. Professional installation is available for hardwired devices. OBD and portable devices are self-install. Contact us for detailed pricing including any applicable setup costs.
What happens if I need to add more vehicles?
Adding vehicles to your fleet is easy. You can purchase additional devices and activate them through your account. Pricing scales based on fleet size, and we offer volume discounts for larger additions. Contact your account manager or our sales team.
